নির্দেশিকা
- শিল্প আইআরসি রেগুলারাইজ করার জন্য একজন আবেদনকারীকে অবশ্যই সর্বপ্রথম সিস্টেমে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করতে হবে(যদি ইতিমধ্যে রেজিস্ট্রেশন করা না থাকে)।অতঃপর ইউসার আইডি ও পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে সিস্টেমে লগ ইন করতে হবে। সিস্টেমে লগ ইন করার পর শিল্প আইআরসি রেগুলারাইজ করার জন্য বাম পাশের Re-registration মেন্যুতে গিয়ে IRC সাব-মেন্যুর Industrial IRC (Other Adhoc) তে ক্লিক করে আবেদন পত্রটি ওপেন করতে হবে।
- আবেদন পত্রটি পূরণ করার সময় সকল Mandatory Field (লাল-রঙ * চিহ্নিত) ঘর গুলো অবশ্যই পূরণ করতে হবে এবং সকল Mandatory Document (লাল-রঙ * চিহ্নিত) আপলোড করতে হবে। সব শেষে আবেদন পত্রটি জমা দিতে হবে। বিশেষ করে Regional Office Selection তা সঠিকভাবে করতে হবে ।
- যদি শিল্প আইআরসি ৩ বছরের বেশি সময় ধরে অনবাইয়িত থাকে, তখন Office of the Chief Controller of Imports & Exports, Dhaka. এর অফিস সিলেক্ট করতে হবে ।
- আর যদি শিল্প আইআরসি ৩ বছরের কম সময় হয় সেক্ষেত্রে Office of the Controller of Imports & Exports, Dhaka সিলেক্ট করতে হবে। Owner Information এ Add New Person / Owner বাটনে ক্লিক করে Owner Information দেওয়ার পেজটা ওপেন করতে হবে। সেখানে প্রথমে Organization Type টা সিলেক্ট করতে হবে এবং অন্যান্য Mandatory Field (লাল-রঙ * চিহ্নিত) ঘর গুলো অবশ্যই পূরণ করে Add Person / Owner Button এ ক্লিক করতে হবে। তারপর Organization Type অনুযায়ী যদি একের অধীক অংশীদার থাকে তা Add করে নিতে হবে।
- এরপর ADHOC Information এ Adhoc Type এ অবশ্যই Regularize সিলেক্ট করতে হবে। তার আবশ্যিক তথ্যগুলো দিতে হবে।
- এরপর যদি আইটেম add করার প্রয়োজন হয় সেক্ষেত্রে ADD New Item বাটনে ক্লিক করে Item Add এর পেজ ওপেন করে, একাধিক পণ্য add করা যাবে। অবশেষে T.R Challan এর মাধ্যমে Fees and VAT Add New বাটনে ক্লিক করে Fees ও VAT Add করতে হবে এবং সকল Mandatory Document (লাল-রঙ * চিহ্নিত) আপলোড করতে হবে।
- সবশেষে Undertaking এর Check Box এ টীক দিয়ে যদি Draft করে রাখতে চান, সেক্ষেত্রে Draft এর Check Box এ টীক দিয়ে Save as Draft এ ক্লিক করতে হবে এবং যদি সরাসরি আবেদনপত্রটি জমা দিতে চান সেক্ষেত্রে Draft এর Check Box এ টীক দেওয়া যাবে না তখন Save and Submit বাটনে ক্লিক করে সাবমিট করতে হবে।

- Instruction
- To regularize commercial IRC, an applicant must have to do the registration in the system first (if hasn’t registered yet). Therefore, applicant will log in with their user ID & password. After Log-in in the System, applicant will select the Re-registration menu from the left → select IRC from sub-menu →select Industrial IRC (Other Ad hoc) to open the application form
- In the application form mandatory fields (red * marked) must fill-in and mandatory documents (red * marked) must be uploaded by the applicant and submit the application form. Regional Office Selection has to be filled in correctly
- If Industrial IRC been non-renewed for three or more years, applicant must select in the field of Office of the Chief Controller of Imports & Exports, Dhaka
- If the duration of the Industry IRC is less than three years, applicant must select ‘Office of the Controller of Imports & Exports, Dhaka’. Click on the ‘Owner Information’ → select ‘Add New Person / Owner’ and open the Owner Information’ page. Select your Organization Type and fill-up other mandatory fields (red * marked) and then click “Add Person / Owner” button. If there are more owner following the organization type, add them in the same process
- Ad hoc type must be selected as Regularize in Ad hoc information. Related required information must be given
- Click “Add New Item” button from Item Add page for adding new items. For adding Fees and VAT Click “Fees and VAT” button through T.R. Challan and mandatory document (marked with red * sign) must be uploaded
- Tick Check Box of Undertaking and draft to save as draft and click “Save and Submit” button to submit application directly

- (Maximum File Size will be 2 MB. Scan এর সময় DPI 100 এবং Color এ ফাইল Scan করতে হবে। ফাইল JPG/PDF ফরম্যাট এ save করতে হবে)
- Attached Document (Maximum File Size 2 MB) must be scanned with DPI 100 in Grayscale. File must be in JPG/PDF format
